NOTICE CONTENT
Our client, the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), having its office at ICSI House, 22, Institutional Area, Lodhi Road, New Delhi - 110003, has informed us and provided documents, based on which it is hereby notified and informed to all concerned through this public notice that the property described in detail in the schedule below, located in the revenue village Sadashiv Peth, Taluka Haveli, District Pune, within the limits of Pune Municipal Corporation and Sub-Registrar Haveli, District Pune, comprising Final Plot No. 25B (formerly Plot No. 25/A/2/1), corresponding CTS No. 2159/1, with an area of approximately 5580 sq. ft. (518.39 sq. m.) [as per property card 5826 sq. ft. (541.26 sq. m.)], Vijaynagar Colony (Lotanbag), Pune, along with the ground floor and five-story building constructed thereon, having a total commercial area (built-up) of 503.24 sq. m. and residential area (built-up) of 138.39 sq. m., including a balcony area of 58.94 sq. m., totaling 707.57 sq. m., and including the staircase, lift, maintenance room, balcony, lobby/passage area totaling 325.51 sq. m., and the open space surrounding the building, along with terrace, car, two-wheeler and bicycle parking, etc. (the said property), has been duly purchased by M/s. HNB Engineers Pvt. Ltd., having its office at 'Henabh' Centre, 1326, Shukrawar Peth, Off Bajirao Road, Pune - 411002, through legally registered documents. They have assured our clients that the said property is free from any encumbrance other than the charge of Tata Capital Limited, and is entirely clear, dispute-free, possession-free, and risk-free. Therefore, M/s. HNB Engineers Pvt. Ltd. has initiated transactions for the sale of the said property with our clients based on the information, documents, and oral assurances provided to our clients. If anyone has any claim, interest, dispute, or encumbrance such as sale, mortgage, lease, lien, gift, lease, inheritance rights, transfer of possession, etc., in the said property, they should inform us in writing with proper documentary evidence and written proofs at our address mentioned below within 15 days from the date of publication of this public notice. If no objection or complaint is received from anyone within the aforementioned period, it will be understood that no one else has any rights or interests of any kind in the said property, and if anyone has any rights or interests in the said property or any part thereof, they have voluntarily and knowingly relinquished them. It will be assumed that the current owner will complete the appropriate transactions with our clients regarding the said property, and thereafter no objection will be entertained. Thus, this public notice has been issued.
