Public Notice This notice is regarding the land situated in village Acharasan, Taluka Kadi, District Mehsana. The land in question is Survey/Block No. 576 (Re-Survey, previous old survey no. 183/5), Khata No. 936, comprising of 0-16-70 Hectare - Are - Square Meter of old-registered agricultural land. This land is in the independent ownership and possession of Mr. Bhavin Vinodkumar Shah. There are no other heirs or owners, shares, encumbrances or liabilities on the land. It has been informed that this land is to be sold by Mr. Bhavin Vinodkumar Shah. We, as his lawyer, have been requested to provide a clear title opinion. Therefore, this notice is being published to any person claiming any right, share, claim, encumbrance, right of foreclosure, lien, attachment or interest in the said land.
