Public Notice for Draft TP Scheme No. 23A (Adalaj)

Public Notice It is hereby informed to the general public that the land, non-agricultural, with an area of 2140 sq.m. under survey number 1148/1, which has been allocated as Final Plot No. 62 by the Draft TP Scheme No. 23A (Adalaj) located at the boundaries of Adalaj village in Gandhinagar District and Sub-district Gandhinagar Taluka. The land is included under the City Survey Ward Adalaj (Non-agricultural) with City Survey Number NA1148/Pir. The land is co-owned and possessed by (1) Bharatbhai Bababhai Patel and (2) Gangaben Ravjibhai Patel, free from all kinds of encumbrances. A request for the issuance of a clear title certificate has been made. If anyone has any claims, rights, interests, shares, or encumbrances on the said land, they should provide written proof to us within 7 days from the notice's publication day. If not provided within the said time, it will be considered that there are no such claims or encumbrances, and a title clearance certificate will be issued thereafter.
