NOTICE CONTENT
Notice is hereby given to the public at large, that the flat property more particularly described in the schedule written hereunder owned by Mrs. Rajashree Ramesh Kulkarni is intended to be purchased by my client, Under the instructions of the aforesaid owner, this public notice is published to investigate whether they have clean, clear and marketable title to the said property free of encumbrances of whatsoever nature, to verify that, they have all rights, title and interest to cause sale and alienation of the said property and that none other than the aforesaid absolute owner has/have any right, title, interest, possession, easement or claim of whatsoever nature in respect of the said property. Accordingly, this public notice is issued as a part of investigation of marketable title of the said owner to the said property. Any person/s having any interest or claim by way of sale, inheritance, exchange, possession, succession, lien, lease, donation, mortgage, attachment, charge, maintenance, easement right or of whatsoever nature in, to or upon the said property should notify the same in writing (together with attested copies of documentary evidence in support thereof) to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication hereof, failing which my client shall proceed further without reference to any such right, title or claim and the same, if any, shall be deemed to have been waived and/or abandoned with notice.
