Public Notice This is to inform the general public that the land situated in the Survey Number 614 (Old Block/Survey Number 381) of Adhana village, Kalol Taluka, Gandhinagar District, measuring 14195 square meters, out of which 3549 square meters, is the subject of the current notice. The land has been assigned survey number 614/004 after the correction by the K.J.P. The land, owned by Thakur Baldevji Mangaji, residing in Nasmed, Gandhinagar, is agricultural land and is free from all encumbrances including any right of tenancy, mortgage, lien, charge, maintenance, easement, exchange, developer or financier, agreement for sale, power of attorney, possession agreement, settlement agreement, order, or any other claim or right under any document or court proceedings, family member or heir, etc. Thakur Baldevji Mangaji has decided to sell this land and has applied to us for the title clearance certificate. Therefore, any person, entity, firm, bank, financial institution, or anyone else who has any right, claim, or interest in the above-mentioned land, either by way of sale, inheritance, gift, license, possession, mortgage, lien, charge, maintenance, easement, exchange, developer or financier, agreement for sale, power of attorney, possession agreement, settlement agreement, order, or any other claim or right under any document or court proceedings, family member or heir, etc. is hereby requested to submit a written notice with certified copies of supporting documents within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice at the address mentioned below.
