We, Advocate Sangramsinh P. Chauhan, 84, Durgnagar, Tube Company, Old Padra Road, Vadodara - 20, on behalf of our client, Ajay Ramniklal Thakkar, residing at 7, Durgnagar Society, Old Padra Road, Patel Tube Company, Vadodara - 390020, hereby inform the public through this public notice that: Our client's deceased father, Ramniklal Manilal Thakkar, and deceased mother, Jayaben Ramniklal Thakkar, jointly owned ancestral immovable properties located in the city of Bhavnagar, details of which are given below. As our client is the legal son and direct heir, we are entitled to a 50% share in all the properties. Since our client does not reside in Bhavnagar and written permission from us is required, we hereby inform any individual, person, community, group, institution, association, financial company, nationalized bank, cooperative bank, etc., that no transactions related to these properties shall be carried out without the written consent and signature of our client, and without informing him. Furthermore, our client has not given any power of attorney or any such documents to any person for the management, sale, or arrangement of the properties listed below. However, if any person makes false or fabricated claims, our client shall not be bound, and such claims shall be deemed null and void from the outset. Revenue Survey Number 37/1-2 in the village of Adhaiwada, Taluka of Bhavnagar district, and within Ward Number Adhaiwada (non-agricultural), a plot with plot number 17, with an area of 542.80 square yards. 2.
