Public Notice It is hereby informed to the public, that within the limits of Adraj village situated in the registration district Mehsana, sub-district and taluka Kadi, Survey/Block No. 971 (Old Survey/Block No. 497/1), out of 9870 square meters, 3630 square meters of agricultural land are jointly owned and in possession of Thakor Gopalji Chhanaji, Thakor Vishnuji Chhanaji, Thakor Popatji Chhanaji, and Thakor Bapuji Chhanaji completely free from encumbrances and eligible for sale. We have been requested for the certificate of the title being clear and marketable for the said land. If any person, bank, firm or institution, etc., has any kind of charge, share, right, interest, part, claim or encumbrance on the said land, they must provide us with written notification, including certified copies of the proof, by registered post A.D. within seven (7) days from the publication of this public notice.
