Public Notice This is to inform the general public that ‘ADI! UBH VNP LLP’, a Limited Liability Partnership firm, Registered Office- Ground Floor, Heritage Tower, B/h. Visnagar Bank, Ashram Road, Usmanpura, Ahmedabad- 380 014, in the district of Mehsana, Taluka Kadi, village Agol, has applied for a title clearance certificate for the following land: (1) New Block/Survey No. 897 (Old Survey/Block No. 449/1) of 9635 sq. meters, (2) New Block/Survey No. 898 (Old Survey/Block No. 448/1) of 1280 sq. meters, (3) New Block/Survey No. 899 (Old Survey/Block No. 448/2) of 1291 sq. meters, (4) New Block/Survey No. 937 (Old Survey/Block No. 517) of 11024 sq. meters, (5) New Block/Survey No. 938 (Old Survey/Block No. 514) of 8374 sq. meters, and (6) New Block/Survey No. 939 (Old Survey/Block No. 515) of 7834 sq. meters. Total area of the above new Block/Survey numbers is 39438 sq. meters, which is non-agricultural land, which is registered in the City Survey Record, City Survey Ward- Agol (Non-Agricultural), Sheet No. NA99, under City Survey Nos. NA897, NA898, NA899, NA937, NA938, and NA939 respectively. The said non-agricultural land is the sole, independent, exclusive ownership and possession of the said LLP firm, free from encumbrances, and our firm has applied for a title clearance certificate for the said land. If any other person has any share, right, interest, claim, or encumbrance of any kind on the said land, then they are required to inform us in writing with proof within 7 (seven) days of the publication of this notice. If they fail to do so, we will assume that no other person has any share, right, interest, claim, or encumbrance of any kind on the said land, and if any, it has been waived, and we will issue a title clearance certificate, and no further objections will be considered thereafter.
