This is a public notice from our clients (1) Suresh Bhai Budha Bhai Thakor, (2) Jaswant Bhai Jayantilal Rathod, and (3) Desai Shretaben Shashank Bhai, all residents of Ahmedabad. It is to inform the public that: The land situated in the area of Ahmedabad, in the taluka of Asarwa, in the village of Hanspura (Ahmedabad City East), district Ahmedabad, under survey number 08, sub-block number 2, having old conditions (Jambuwala Khetra), with a total area of 3-72-31 hectares, having an area of 28.31 paisa, is in the possession and enjoyment of the owners under old conditions. This land is jointly owned and possessed by (1) Suresh Bhai Budha Bhai Thakor, (2) Jaswant Bhai Jayantilal Rathod (acting on behalf of Suresh Bhai Budha Bhai Thakor), and Desai Shretaben Shashank Bhai. We have come to know that Kantilal Maganlal Chaudhary, through his authorised representative Umedsinh Amarsinh Zala and Keshav Lal Kamabhai Patel, have illegally created and registered fake documents, claiming the said land as their own and proceeding with the sale of the land. However, the said land is jointly possessed and enjoyed by our clients as mentioned above. Legal action has been taken against the fraudulent and illegal documents registered by the said Keshav Lal Kamabhai Patel. Hence, the said land is in the joint possession and enjoyment of our clients. Therefore, it is hereby informed to the public that no individual, organisation, person, group, bank or firm has any right, interest, share, lien, burden or claim on the said land. Therefore, any individual, organisation, person, group, bank or firm should not undertake any financial transactions that may harm the legal rights and interests of our clients. Otherwise, no legal rights and privileges will be granted, and their money will be wasted. All such documents will be considered void from the beginning and our clients will take legal civil and criminal action against them. The public should take note of this. Furthermore, no individual, organisation, group or person, along with the above mentioned individuals or their associates, shall sell, donate, mortgage, assign, etc., the said land, as they will not be entitled to any right, share or claim on the said land, and their money will be wasted.
