Public Notice This is to inform the public and all concerned persons by us, Advocate Nikhilkumar G. Prajapati, that, the land of old condition farming, of area 2093 sq.m. out of total 4047 sq.m., located in survey/block No. 145, (Survey block No. 944), in the limits of Dajad village, Dascroi taluka, in sub district Ahmedabad-12, (Nikol), Registration District Ahmedabad, has been sold by the following: (1) Patel Hasmukh Bhai Bhogilal, (65% shareholder), and (2) Patel Ureshkumar Ambalal, (35% shareholder), on dated 19-03-2025 to our client (1) Patel Ashok Kumar Parshottamdas, and (2) Bharat Kumar Babaldas Amin, vide sale deed executed through Registration No. 6261. The sale has been recorded in the Revenue Records through entry No. 7377. Therefore, the said land now belongs to (1) Patel Ashok Kumar Parshottamdas, (50% shareholder), and (2) Bharat Kumar Babaldas Amin, (50% shareholder), jointly and individually, in full, independent ownership and direct possession. They have requested for title clearance certificate for their rights, titles over the said land, which is clear, marketable and free of encumbrances. Therefore, if anyone, other than the above mentioned owners, has any right, interest, share, claim, encumbrances, easement right, or anything else related to the said land, then they should inform us in writing at the below address, along with certified copy of supporting documents, within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice. Any objection received without certified copy of supporting documents will not be considered. Please take special note of this. If they do not comply with the above mentioned, it will be considered that no one other than the owners mentioned above, has any right, interest, share, encumbrances, easement right, or anything else related to the said land, and, if they had any, it has been relinquished. Based on this, the title clearance certificate regarding the said land will be issued. After issuing the certificate, no one will be able to raise any objection or claim about the land.
