PUBLIC NOTICE This public notice is to inform all concerned that the property described in the appendix below is the self-acquired and owned property of Sandeep Bhausaheb More and the deceased Bhau Kondiba More. Bhau Kondiba More has passed away, and Sandeep Bhausaheb More is his legal heir. They have decided to permanently sell this property to our client, Pratibha Prakash More, residing at Flat No. 304, Wing B, 1053, Navin Nana Peth, Pune 411002, and have also accepted earnest money from her. The current owners have given an assurance and guarantee that the said property/flat is free from any encumbrances, risks, and is not involved in any inheritance, mortgage, gift, lease, lien, sale deed, gift deed, rental agreement, power of attorney, or any other such entanglement. If anyone has any rights, claims, interests, or encumbrances of any kind on the property, they should meet in person at the address mentioned below within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice and provide documentary proof. If no objection is received within this period, it will be assumed that the said flat is completely free from encumbrances, risks, and charges, and that no one else has any rights or claims, or they have knowingly relinquished them.
