Public Notice for Misuza Kot

This is to inform the public that the owners of the flats mentioned in the annexure below wish to sell their property/flat to our client, stating that the title to the property is in their ownership, possession and enjoyment, and is free from encumbrances. Our client has requested a title clearance certificate from us. Therefore, this public notice is given to all concerned and the general public that if anyone has any right, interest, share, claim, or any other right in the said property, they must submit written proof within 10 days of the publication of this notice at the address below. Failure to do so will result in the interested person/institution being deemed to have waived their objection/claim, and the title to the said property will be deemed to be in their ownership, possession and enjoyment, and free from encumbrances. A title clearance certificate will be issued accordingly, and no further disputes will be entertained. The public should take note of this.
