Registered in district Vadodara and sub-district Vadodara, under the Akota village, and part of TP Scheme No. 1 of Resurvey No. 254, the allotted Final Plot No. 550, within which Shiv Mahal Co.Op. Ld. is located, this involves the property with constructions on the ground and first floor. It's declared that we have decided to sell this property to our alien Prithvish Janardan Pandya as it is independently owned, possessed, enjoyed, unencumbered and without any disputes. For this property, our alien has demanded from us a Title Clearance Certificate. Through this public notice, it is informed that if anyone has any objections or claims in terms of ownership, possession, enjoyment, or any burden or encumbrance related to this property, they should inform us in writing with proofs within 10 days from the publication of this notice. If no objections are received within the deadline, we will provide the Title Certificate and our alien will proceed with the purchase of said property and thereafter, no complaints will be entertained.
