This is to inform the general public that Dr. Renu Shailesh Trivedi, residing at A-32, Shrenik Park, Akota, Vadodara has applied for a Title Clearance Certificate from us. This property is situated at Akota village with Survey Numbers 289, 290, 292, TP Scheme No. 1, FP No. 294, part of Shrenik Park, Block No. A/322 with an area of 166.80 sq.m. and a verandah of 33.75 sq.m. with a constructed area of 503.39 sq.m. Dr. Trivedi has claimed ownership, possession, and enjoyment of this property, free from any encumbrances. Therefore, any individual, firm, organization, bank, or financial institution having any claim, share, right, or interest in the said land/property is requested to inform us in writing along with documentary evidence within six days. If no objections or disputes are received after the expiry of the notice period, the Title Clearance Certificate will be issued to our client.
