Public Notice This notice pertains to a residential plot scheme named "SERENE THE HOLIDAY HOME" located on 59929 sq. meters of non-agricultural land in the Aluva village area, under Survey No. 60 (Survey Nos. 60, 61, 62 and 66), Maansa sub-district and taluka of Gandhinagar district. The plot area of 'Sub Plot No. 85', measuring 508.13 sq. meters or 607.74 sq. yards, is owned by Ms. Mayaben Bharatkumar Oza. She has decided to sell this plot, free of all encumbrances and legal disputes, to our client who has requested a title clearance certificate from us. Therefore, anyone claiming any rights, interests, shares, encumbrances, liens, developmental rights, or financial loans on this property is hereby notified to present documentary evidence to us at the address below within 7 days from the date of this notice. Failure to do so will be considered as a waiver of their claims. We will then proceed with issuing the title clearance certificate, and no further claims will be entertained after that.
