PUBLIC NOTICE It is hereby informed to all that the existing owner of the property described in the schedule below, Late Smt. Vanita Prakash Gurav, residing at Flat No. 10, Building B-1, Avadhut Complex Housing Society, Survey No. 32/14 A, Ambegaon Budruk, Pune-411046, had ownership rights and actual possession. The said property was permanently and willingly given by consent letter/gift deed/power of attorney to our client Kum. Priya Prakash Gurav alias Sou. Priya Dinesh Pande. The said property was registered by Late Smt. Vanita Prakash Gurav in the name of her daughter Kum. Priya Prakash Gurav alias Sou. Priya Dinesh Pande through a registered gift deed at the office of Sub-Registrar, Haveli No. 9, on dated 03/02/2025, document no. 2904/2025, due to lifelong care and love for her daughter. Also, the complete possession of the said property is with our client. And the said owners had given all rights of the said property to our client through the gift deed. Also, after the said registered gift deed, our client failed to issue a public notice for some reason. And in the meantime, due to the demise of the current owner of the said property and our client's mother, Late Smt. Vanita Prakash Gurav, the right to the said property is now with our client as an heir, as per the gift deed.
