Public Notice This is to inform the public that Registration District Ahmedabad, Sub District Ahmedabad-9 (Bopal), Taluka Ghatlodia, village Ambli, block number-161, 2226 square meter land and block number-153, 708 square meter land, totaling 2900 square meter land, is included in TP Scheme number-215, and is allocated to final plot number-10, 1558 square meter land, and final plot number-4, 496 square meter land, totaling 2054 square meter of non-agricultural land of Dinesh Kumar Chaganlal Thakkar, they are in full ownership, possession and enjoyment, and are free of all burden, has been requested from us for the title clearance certificate of the said land. Therefore If anyone has any kind of share, right, interest, portion, claim or encumbrance on the said land, then they should inform us in writing along with proof within 7 (seven) days of the publication of this notice at the address below, failing which the said land will be considered to be free of any kind of share, right, interest, portion, claim, encumbrance of any person, or if any, then it is considered to be waived, and we will issue a title clearance certificate and no further dispute will be allowed thereafter.
