Public Notice It is hereby informed to the general public that in the district of Ahmedabad and taluka of Ghatlodiya, in the village of Ambli, on the land of block numbers 201, 2202, 209/B, 210, 214/A, 203, 204 and 205, under draft town planning scheme number 215, final plot numbers 44 + 45 + 53 + Par/2 + 57/1 + 46 + 47 + 48, a scheme for separate plots on non-agricultural land for residential purposes has been made, known as "Saket - 3". In this scheme, an area of approximately 1048.80 square meters (1254.40 square yards) for plot number 15 and an area of 131.44 square meters (156.02 square yards) of internal road land, totaling approximately 1180.24 square meters (1410.42 square yards) is being claimed by Rajeshri Ashvinkumar Patel, resident of 3, New Manorath Society, near Navroji Hall, Shahibag, Ahmedabad, who is a member and shareholder of the Saket-3 (Ambli) Cooperative Housing Society Limited and has a right in the said land, along with all the rights and liabilities as a shareholder. He has claimed ownership of the said plot and claims that the land is free of any encumbrances. Therefore, if any person has any claim or interest in the said plot number 15 in the form of sale, mortgage, lease, charge, trust, maintenance, easement, inheritance, or any other right, claim, or interest, he should inform in writing with proof (claims without proof will not be considered) within seven days from the date of publication of this notice at the following address, otherwise no consideration will be given to such right, claim, or interest and a title clearance certificate for the said plot number 15 will be issued and no objection will be entertained thereafter.
