Public Notice This is to inform the public that: 1. Uday Bharat Kumar Patel 2. Ashaben Udaykumar Patel Residing in Ahmedabad district, Ahmedabad taluka, Ambli village, have decided to sell their property in the Swagt Plaza-2 scheme located on the land of Block No. 417/1 (Old survey No. 211/1, 211/2 of Ambli village) with Town Planning Scheme No. - , final plot No. - 128. This property is situated on the ground floor of the Swagt Plaza-2 scheme, which is a commercial property in Ambli village, Ahmedabad district, and consists of Shop No. 01 with an area of approximately 7048 sq.ft. or 69.48 sq.m. (Super Built-up area). The said property also includes an undivided share of approximately 25 sq.m. of land from the total land of the Swagt Plaza-2 scheme and an undivided share of the common immovable and movable property of the scheme. The property is owned by the above mentioned persons and is free from any encumbrances. They have decided to sell the property and have requested a certificate of clear and marketable title from us. If any person has any claim, interest, share, or encumbrance on the said property, then they are requested to inform us in writing within 7 days of the publication of this notice along with documentary evidence at the address mentioned below. If no such information is received within the stipulated time, then it will be assumed that there is no claim, interest, share, or encumbrance on the said property and we will issue a certificate of clear title.
