Public Notice Registration District Ahmedabad Sub-District Ahmedabad-9 (Bopal), Ghatlodiya Taluka, Moje-Ambli village, land within Block No. 397 and Block No. 398, Draft Town Planning Scheme No. (Ambli), final plot No. 120 and final plot No. 121, non-agricultural land, the scheme known as "Satyaev Elite" located on the fifth floor, unit No. 509, about 415 sq.ft (carpet area) or 783 sq.ft (super built-up area) building property and the entire land of the said scheme, including the land with an area of 11.423 sq.m. excluding the land and the property including a car parking No. 34 (Normal) located in the basement (-3) in it, and all kinds of rights and interests connected with it, including the entire property, by Devkishorkumar Thakkar, residing at 7, Silver Homes Bungalows, opposite Pushpakunj Bungalows, Science City, Sola, Ahmedabad, was owned by him and was in his direct possession and enjoyment.
