Public Notice This land in Moje Ambli, survey number 43, covering an area of 31.36 sq. m., is allocated in the Sarkhej-Okaf-Makarba-Vejalpur-Ambli Town Planning Scheme number 204 with a total area of 1882 sq. m., final plot number 34. This land is owned by the heirs of Manjulaben Joitabhai Nathubhai, which include Gangaben Ramanbhai Prajapati, Shaileshbhai Ramanbhai Prajapati, Hasmukhbhai Ramanbhai Prajapati, the late Shilpaben's daughter Ramanbhai Joitabhai Prajapati, and the minor heirs represented by natural guardian-father Kiritkumar Shanabhai Prajapati, Kalpesh Ramanbhai Prajapati, and Shankarbhai Joitabhai Prajapati. They have requested a Clearance Certificate for the land title from us. Therefore, if anyone has any claims, interests, shares, burdens, charges, liens, or any rights concerning this land, they must notify the undersigned by registered post A.D. with evidence within 7 days from the publication of this notice. Failing to do so will result in considering the land as free of any claims or rights post the expiration period and a Title Clearance Certificate will be issued accordingly.
