Public Notice for 1 (Amodar)

This is to inform the general public that the land situated in the revenue survey number 24, block 24, in the limits of Amodar village, taluka Waghodia, district Vadodara, having an area of 0-49-57 hectares, measuring 2.94 cents, is included in proposed TP Scheme No. 1 (Amodar). The final plot number 10, having an area of 2974 sq. m., is being allotted for this land. The owners of this land are (1) Patel Nileshbhai Ishwarbhai, (2) Valad Dharmendrabhai Ramanbhai, and they jointly want to sell this property to our client. Our client has applied to us for a title clearance certificate for this property. Therefore, if any person, bank, company, shroff, firm, financial institution, etc. has any claim, right, interest, lien, or charge on this property, they should submit their written objection with proof within 10 days from the date of this notice. If no objection is received within this timeframe, we will issue a title clearance certificate to our client. After this period, no objection or dispute will be considered. Please take note of this.
