Out of this, 1-06-23 hectares are under old agricultural tenure with rights and interests including rights to passage and access. The land is collectively owned by Revaben Balaji, widow of Balaji, Jadiaben Balaji Rathod, Lilaben Balaji Rathod, Tinaben Balaji Rathod, Amratbhai Balaji Rathod, Ranjanben Balaji Rathod, and Ashokkumar Balaji Rathod. We have decided to sell our share of the land and have demanded a title clearance certificate from us. Any person, firm, bank, etc., claiming any right or interest in this land must file their claims with documentary proof within 7 days from the publication of this notice to our file number 1365 or it will not be considered.
