NOTICE This is to inform the general public that the land measuring 0/43/43 hectares, situated at Anandpura, Taluka Kadi, District Mehsana, being part of Survey No. 32 (old Survey No. 310/part 1) is owned and occupied by Prajapati Bhavesh Kumar Chandulal, the land being irrigated and used for agriculture. The said land is being sold by our client and a title clear certificate is requested from us. Any person claiming any right, interest, mortgage, agreement, possession, or encumbrance on the said land shall notify us in writing within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice, along with all the documents.
