Public Notice This is to inform all concerned that Plot No. 73, with an area of 27.86 sq.m., built up area of 25.00 sq.m., located in Ayogit Katlyanakutir Low Cost Housing Society, situated in the land registered under Survey No. 88, 88/1, 89, TP Scheme No. 20, Ka. Floor No. 555, 53 of Moje Nana Varachha, Surat City, Surat District, is owned, in possession and enjoyment of (1) Motilal Shobhanand Gu! (2) Mamta Dulari Motilal Ga. It has been reported that the original documents relating to this property are missing or lost. Hence, a request has been made to obtain a Title Clearance Certificate. If anyone has any claim, right, interest, share, relationship or claim over the said property, then they are required to inform us in writing along with proof within 7 days from the date of this notice at the address mentioned below. Failure to do so will be deemed to imply that there is no such claim, right, interest, share, relationship or claim over the property. After the expiry of this notice, we will issue a Title Clearance Certificate to the advocate. Thereafter, no objection will be entertained. Details of the missing or lost documents: (1) Original Sale Deed No. 12917, dated 18/10/1996, along with the original receipt of the registration fee. (2) Original receipt of the registration fee and Index-2 of Sale Deed No. 7751, dated 26/07/2005, and the new Sale Deed No. 5751, dated 04/05/2006. જાહેર નોટીસ આથી લાગતા વળગતા તમામને જણાઘવાનું કે સુરત ડીસ્ટ્રીકટ સબ ડીસ્ટ્રીકટ તાલુકા શહેર સુરતનાં મોજે નાના વરાછાના રૈ.સ.નં.૮૮ પૈકી, ૮૮/૧, ૮૯, ટી.પી.સ્કીમ નં.૨૦, કા.પ્લોર નં.૫પ૫, ૫૩ થી નોધાયેલ જમીનમાં આયોજીત કતલ્યાણકુટિર લો કોસ્ટ હાઉસીંગ સોસાયટીમાં પાડવામાં આવેલ પ્લોટ નં.૭૩ જેનું ક્ષેત્કળ ૨૭.૮૬ ચો.મી, તથા ર૫.૦૦ ચો.મી, બાંધકામ સહિતની મિલકત (૧) મોતીલાલ શોભાનંદ ગુ!
