Public Notice This is to inform all concerned that the property bearing Plot No. 73 in the Katlyaankutir Lo Cost Housing Society, situated in the land registered under Survey No. 88, 88/1, 89, TP Scheme No. 20, Floor No. 555, 53, of Nana Varachha, Surat, District Surat, measuring 27.86 sq.m, and 25.00 sq.m with construction, is owned, possessed and enjoyed by (1) Motilal Shobhanand Gu (2) Mamta Dulalri Motilal Ga. The original documents related to this property are lost or stolen. Hence, we, the undersigned, are applying for Title Clearance Certificate. If anyone has any claim, right, interest, share, connection or claim on the said property, they are required to inform us in writing along with evidence at the address mentioned below within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice. Failure to do so will be considered as no claim, right, interest, share, connection or claim on the said property exists and we, the undersigned Advocate, will issue a Title Clearance Certificate after the expiry of this notice. No further objections will be entertained. Details of the lost or stolen original documents: (1) Original Sale Deed bearing No. 12917 dated 18/10/1996 with original receipt of registration fee paid. (2) Original receipt of registration fee paid and Index-2 of the sale deed bearing No. 7751 dated 26/07/2005 which was renewed as sale deed bearing No. 5751 dated 04/05/2006. (3) Original receipt of registration fee paid and Index-2 of the sale deed bearing No. 8335 dated 17/09/1992 which was renewed as sale deed bearing No. 12338 dated 31/05/1999. જાહેર નોટીસ આથી લાગતા વળગતા તમામને જણાઘવાનું કે સુરત ડીસ્ટ્રીકટ સબ ડીસ્ટ્રીકટ તાલુકા શહેર સુરતનાં મોજે નાના વરાછાના રૈ.સ.નં.૮૮ પૈકી, ૮૮/૧, ૮૯, ટી.પી.સ્કીમ નં.૨૦, કા.પ્લોર નં.૫પ૫, ૫૩ થી નોધાયેલ જમીનમાં આયોજીત કતલ્યાણકુટિર લો કોસ્ટ હાઉસીંગ સોસાયટીમાં પાડવામાં આવેલ પ્લોટ નં.૭૩ જેનું ક્ષેત્કળ ૨૭.૮૬ ચો.મી, તથા ર૫.૦૦ ચો.મી, બાંધકામ સહિતની મિલકત (૧) મોતીલાલ શોભાનંદ ગુ!
