Public Notice It is hereby notified to the public that the owners of the agricultural land mentioned in the annexure below - (1) Jagdishbhai Paragbhai, (2) Muljibhai Ramdas Patel (3) Hansaben Hariharbhai Patel (4) Pareshbhai Ramanbhai Patel (5) Indravdanbhai Bhailalbhai Patel and 40 others, want to sell the said property to our client. They claim joint ownership, possession, and enjoyment of the property. Our client has requested a title clearance certificate from us. Therefore, this public notice informs all concerned and the general public that if anyone has any right, claim, or interest in the said property, they should submit their objections in writing, along with supporting documents, to the address below within 14 days of the publication of this notice. Failure to do so will result in the concerned person/entity being deemed to have waived their rights/claims and will not be considered in future. The title of the said property will be considered as owned, possessed, and enjoyed by them, free from any encumbrances.
