Public Notice for 1 (Gorwa-Ankodiacha)

This is to inform the public that the owners of the agricultural land mentioned in the appendix below - (1) Jagdishbhai Paragbhai, (2) Muljibhai Ramdas Patel (3) Hansaben Hariharbhai Patel (4) Pareshbhai Ramanbhai Patel (5) Indravadanbhai Bhailalbhai Patel and 40 others, wish to sell their property to our client. They have stated that the title of the property is in their joint ownership, possession and enjoyment, and is free from encumbrances. Our client has requested a title clearance certificate from us. Therefore, all concerned persons and the general public are hereby informed that if anyone has any claim, right, or share in the said property, they should submit their objections in writing with proof within 14 days of the publication of this notice at the address below. Failure to do so will be considered a waiver of their rights and the title of the property will be deemed to be clear and free from encumbrances, in the name of its owners, and a title clearance certificate will be issued.
