Public Notice This is to inform the public that the land located in District - Ahmedabad, Registration Sub-District - Ahmedabad(11) (Aslali), Taluka - Dashkoi, at the boundary of Aslali village, with new block number 352 (previously revenue block number 649) after re-survey, with an area of 6078 square meters, which has been allocated as Final Plot Number 142 with an area of 3642 square meters for multi-purpose non-agricultural use, under Town Planning Scheme Number - 432 (Aslali), is owned by the following individuals: 1) Suresh Ramjibhai Baroliya (11.25% share), 2) Nirav Vrajlal Baroliya (11.25% share), 3) Dhaval Arvindbhai Baroliya (11.25% share), 4) Ashish Dalpatbhai Baroliya (11.25% share), 5) Kiranben Rohitbhai Soni (1.1 45% share), and 6) Sonalben Harshad Patel (10% share). All these individuals, residing in Ahmedabad, are the sole owners of this property, with no encumbrances or liabilities on it. This property is now decided to be sold by our client. We are requested to provide our opinions regarding the clarity and marketability of the rights and titles of the abovementioned land owners on this property. Therefore, if any person has any claim, share, burden, or interest in the property with new block number 352 after re-survey, or in Final Plot Number 142, which is non-agricultural, they must submit documentary evidence of their claim, share, burden, or interest to us at the address below within seven (7) days from the date of this publication. If they fail to do so, it will be considered that there is no claim, share, burden, mortgage, or interest of any kind on this property and that it is solely owned by the abovementioned land owners. Subsequently, the verification of titles will be completed and the process of selling the property will be finalized. No objections, disputes, or claims will be accepted after that.
