Following Shabbir Ahmed Rahim Beg Mirza's demise, his legal heirs namely Abrar Iqbal Mirza among others have been in direct possession, ownership, and usage of said lands. Furthermore, the sale of these lands along with their ownership has several legal documents and transactions with the original landowners. Additionally, a claim regarding these lands has been filed in the court of the Principal Senior Civil Judge of Olpad under Special Civil Application No. 13/2024. It is forbidden for anyone without permission to enter these lands or engage in any transactions, writings, agreements, or financial dealings concerning the said lands.
