Public Notice This is to inform the general public that in the land belonging to the village of Badar Kha, taluka Dholka, district Ahmedabad, with account no. 1436, survey/block no. 190, the property located on the non-agricultural land for residential purposes in the Shubh Vila Society, flat no. 14 Kej, with an area of 0-01-11 sq. m. (0.08 paisa) belongs to the direct heirs of the late Jayesh Rameshwar Panchal: 1. Minaben Jayeshbhai Panchal, 2. Mahima Jayeshbhai Panchal, etc. All residents of Shubh Vila Society, Badar Kha, Tal. Dholka, Dist. Ahmedabad. This property is owned and possessed jointly by them, and they have applied for a title clear certificate regarding the sale of this property to Shri Patel Bharatbhai ShivaBhai, residing at Bengali Fali, Badar Kha, Tal. Dholka, Dist. Ahmedabad, with no encumbrances. If anyone has any claim, interest, relationship, encumbrances, bank loan charges, etc. related to the above property, then they should inform us in writing with proof within 7 (seven) days from the date of this public notice at the address below. If this is not done, it will be considered that there is no encumbrance on the said property, and if there is, it will be waived by the buyer.
