This land is owned and in the direct possession of Desai Hitesh Kalyanbhai, resident of 37, Bhavadeep Park, Dhiraj Housing behind, Dhruv School near, Maninagar East, Ahmedabad City, Maninagar, Ahmedabad-380008. The land is registered in his name in government records. The above-mentioned agricultural land is free from any encumbrances and disputes. The owner wishes to sell the land.
