Public Notice This is to inform the general public that Babu Bhai Chagan Bhai Chaudhary, residing at Chaudhary Vas, Ishrapura, Badpura, Gandhinagar, has applied for a Title Clearance Certificate for a plot of land measuring 3438.50 square meters, which is half of the total 6877 square meters located in the revenue survey no. 833 (old survey no. 180) in the boundaries of Badpura village, Maansa taluka, Gandhinagar district. The plot is free of any encumbrances and is owned by Babu Bhai Chagan Bhai Chaudhary. Therefore, all persons having any rights, shares, encumbrances, or claims on the said land are requested to submit their written notice along with supporting documents to the address below within 7 days from the date of this notice. If no such notice is received within 7 days, it will be presumed that there are no claims on the land and a Title Clearance Certificate will be issued.
