H. Society plot no. 20/B, 996.123 square meter area, with residential construction, City Survey No. 2889 (Revenue Survey No. 583/A - Vadodara Kasba) property, is free from all encumbrances, and we have been asked to provide a title clear certificate. This public notice is to inform that if any person, bank, financial institution, etc. has any kind of share, right, interest or relation in or to this property or any part thereof, then contact us with documentary evidence within six days from the date of this notice. Failure to do so will be deemed to mean that there is no interest in the said property and if there is, then it has been waived. Thereafter, a title clear certificate will be issued to our client. No dispute shall be entertained thereafter.
