Public Notice It is hereby informed to the general public that, in the District Ahmedabad and Taluka Maninagar, out of the total approximate 13861 square meters of land in the revenue survey number 193/33 of village Narol, the northern part of the total approximate 6930 square meters of land is being allotted for industrial purposes in Town Planning Scheme No. 62. Final Plot No. 17/3/1 of the total approximate 6910 square meters of land is being allotted. The said land and the construction on it, including the industrial purpose, have been declared as our client's absolute ownership and possession, free from all encumbrances of all types. They have applied to us for a title clearance certificate of the said property. Therefore, any person who has any right, claim or objection on the said property by way of sale, mortgage, lease, charge, trust, maintenance, easement or inheritance or in any other way, shall file the same in writing with supporting documents (objections without documents will not be considered) within seven days from the date of publication of this notice at the address given below, otherwise, without considering any such right, claim or objection, the title clearance certificate of the said property will be issued and no objection will be entertained thereafter.
