Public Notice This notice is regarding the property located at Bakrol-Badrabad, Vejalpur Taluka, Ahmedabad-10 (Vejalpur) District, with a property card number 'P'. The property is located in Ward Bakrol-Badrabad (non-agricultural) with City Survey Number NA80/2/P2, TP Scheme Number 401/B (Bakrol-Badrabad), and final plot number 46. The property comprises of 4811 sq.m of non-agricultural land for multi-purpose use. This property is owned by a partnership firm named Shreyam Enterprises, and is free from encumbrances, with a clear and marketable title. They have requested a certificate from us confirming the clear and marketable title of the property. Therefore, if any individual or entity has any right, interest, share, claim, encumbrance or objection over the said property, they are requested to inform us in writing within 7 days with supporting documents through registered post. Objections without supporting documents will not be considered. If no response is received within 7 days, it will be assumed that no individual or entity has any right, interest, share, claim, encumbrance or objection over the property and that any such right, interest, share, claim, encumbrance or objection has been waived.
