Public Notice Ahmedabad District, Ahmedabad Subdistrict Ahmedabad-5 (Narol), Maninagar Taluka In the boundaries of Narol Village, Survey Numbers 64/1, 64/2, 65/1, 95/4, 66, 67, 71/7, TP Scheme No. 57, Final Plot No. 78/1, 96, 98, 97, Subplot No. 1 and 2, The scheme known as 'Samrusthi Residency', built on the aforementioned land, Block 'J' on the third floor (second floor according to AMC plan), Flat No. 301 (J-301), approximately 63.92 sq.m. built-up area and 32.88 sq.m. land within the entire scheme, This entire property belongs to Ratan Shankarpuri Goswami, and they have informed us about the public notice regarding the title clearance of the said property. Therefore, this notice is published. If any person, individual, firm, institution or anyone else has any kind of share, right, interest, relation, claim, dues, or burden on the said property, then they should inform us in writing with certified copies of documentary evidence within 7 days of the publication of this notice through registered post. If they fail to do so, it will be considered that they have no right, interest, share, relationship, claim, dues, or burden of any kind on the said property and, if they do, they have willingly surrendered or waived all such rights, and then this notice will be considered valid. After this notice period, a title clearance certificate will be issued for the said property. After that, a permanent registered sale deed will be executed in favor of our client, and no claim, complaint or objection will be entertained thereafter. This is to be noted by the general public.
