Registration of the State of Gujarat Sub-District of Ahmedabad, Ahmedabad-5 (Narol), Taluka Maninagar, Narol village. Revenue Survey No. - 71/5/1, 71/5/2, 71/5/3, TP Scheme No. - 57, final plot no. - 81, non-agricultural land, Aakruti Township, block no. - 1, 3rd floor, flat no. 303, currently owned by (1) Laxmiben Kalubhai Kharpuriya (6) Maya, daughter of Kalubhai Kharpuriya, wife of Sanjay Gujwar, (3) Monika, daughter of Kalubhai Kharpuriya, wife of Vinod Kumeriya, (6) Sonu, daughter of Kalubhai Kharpuriya, wife of Pramod Behnia (5) Chetan Kalubhai Kharpuriya, owned jointly and in possession of all. The property was sold by Laxmiben Kalubhai Kharpuriya and Kalubhai Sukhdevbhai Kharpuriya jointly through a registered deed no. 9177 dated 23-08-2019. Subsequently, Kalubhai Sukhdevbhai Kharpuriya passed away on 06-09-2024. The direct lineal heirs (1) Laxmiben Kalubhai Kharpuriya (2) Maya, daughter of Kalubhai Kharpuriya, wife of Sanjay Gujwar (3) Monika, daughter of Kalubhai Kharpuriya, wife of Vinod Kumeriya (4) Sonu, daughter of Kalubhai Kharpuriya, wife of Pramod Behnia (5) Chetan Kalubhai Kharpuriya, have requested a legal heir certificate. If any person has any claim, right, interest, ownership, possession, enjoyment, co-ownership, inheritance, partnership, loan, advance, pledge, burden, lien, maintenance or title regarding the above property, they are requested to inform in writing with supporting documents at the following address within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice. Otherwise, they will be considered to have waived their rights. We will issue a certificate to our clients regarding the above property, and our client will not be bound by any objection from any party thereafter.
