Public Notice Ahmedabad District Registration Sub-District Ahmedabad-5 (Narol) in the Taluka of Maninagar, Moje Narol Sim, (1) Block/Survey No. 94/13 and (2) Block/Survey No. 94/14 and (3) Block/Survey No. 44/2 of land, which is included in Town Planning Scheme No. 57 and final plot No. 148/1 of 3151 sq.m has been allotted and (3) Block/Survey No. 44/2 land, which is included in Town Planning Scheme No. 5 and final plot No. 49/2/1 of 494 sq.m land has been allotted, all these lands totaling 3645 sq.m, for multi-purpose use, non-agricultural land, Shobhaben Bharatbhai Patel (50% shareholder) and Yash Bharatbhai Patel (50% shareholder), residing at 66, Vadi Lal Park Society, Opposite Indica Lab, Bapunagar, Ahmedabad: 382 350, being in joint ownership, have stated that they own this land. They have requested a Title Certificate from us regarding the clear and marketable rights and titles of the said land.
