Bangali, by the instruction and order of our client, hereby issue this public notice and inform that (1) Block No. 394/1, Khata No. 992, 0-63-73 Hectare and (2) Block No. 394/2, Khata No. 1023, 1-27-48 Hectare, old condition agricultural land situated at Bakrol-Badrabad, Taluka Vejalpur, District Ahmedabad, is owned, possessed and enjoyed by Alpaben, daughter of Amrutlal Suthar and wife of Ashriben Darzi, residing at Ahmedabad. Except the said land owner, no one else has any right, share, interest, tenancy right, or leasehold right in the said land. There is no burden or charge on the said land by any person, financial institution or bank. There are no pending claims or disputes. The title of the said land is clear and marketable and the land owner has requested the certificate from us. Therefore, if any person has any right, share or interest in the said land or any objection to issuing the title clearance certificate, then he/she should inform us in writing with certified proof from today, the 7th day of June AD. If he/she fails to do so, it will be deemed that no one else has any right or share in the said land, and if they have, it will be deemed to have been waived.
