Our partnership firm named 'Shivay Developers' has managing partner Patel Pratik Rameshbhai residing at Nanikhadki, near Swaminarayan Mandir, Bakrol-Bujrang, Daskroi, Ahmedabad. It is hereby informed to the public as per the instructions from, that in the boundaries of the village Bakrol-Bujrang, Taluka Daskroi, sub-district Ahmedabad-12 (Nikol), District Ahmedabad, on block-survey number 479 (from old block-survey number 220), a multi-purpose non-agricultural land identified under the scheme known as 'Shivay Industrial Park-1' contains Shed No. 12 which was rented to Kalpesh Vishnuprasad Panchal residing at K-203, Vibrant Homes, near Vadraj Residency, Hanspura, Ahmedabad, for 11 months and 29 days starting from 12-02-2024. A rental contract was unfairly executed on 14-03-2024 without the knowledge of the owner and was cancelled by us on 22-05-2024. Therefore, any loan or burden levied by any government or semi-government, nationalized banks on this property should be considered null and void as suggested by this notice.
