Public Notice for TP Scheme No. 19

Public Notice Regarding the property located in Moje village, Manjalpur, Vadodara, under TP Scheme No. 19, Final Plot No. 445, and the proposed project 'Radhey Heights', specifically Shop No. 10 and Flats No. 603, 604, 605, and 408, we, Advocate Mansukh Bhai L. Jesdiya, acting on the instructions and directions of our client, Biren K. Patel, residing at D-21/22 Vaibhav Vatka Society, Manjalpur, Vadodara, hereby issue this public notice to inform the general public. We have been instructed that the managing partner, Shri Dharmendra Chimanbhai Patel, of 'Swastik Infrastructure' Partnership firm, has executed a sale deed for Shop No. 10 on the ground floor and Flat No. 408 on the seventh floor of the building 'Radhey Heights' being constructed by them, on 01/10/2024 and Flat No. 603, 604, 605 on the sixth floor on 29/06/2024, accepting partial consideration and notarizing the said agreement. This agreement is currently in effect. We have received information from reliable sources that partners of 'Swastik Infrastructure' are attempting to sell Shop No. 10 and Flats No. 608, 603, 604, and 605. Therefore, this public notice is issued to inform the general public that no one should enter into any transaction, agreement, or deed with 'Swastik Infrastructure' or its partners regarding these properties, and/or engage in any financial transactions with respect to these properties.
