Public Notice This is to inform all concerned that the property located in Aksa Nagar Housing Society, situated in non-agricultural land in village Bardoli, Taluka Bardoli, District Surat, Survey No. 31/1, 31/2, 31/3, 31/4, 31/, 32, Plot No. B/83 (property No. 1006105/124/6 in the records of Bardoli Municipal Corporation), with an approximate area of 1696.00 sq. ft (150.56 sq. m) with an approximate construction area of 1416.34 sq. ft (131.58 sq. m) along with the share of the road/street land within the property and including all rights related to the inside and outside the property, is currently in possession of Azharuddin Pathan. The property has been purchased by our client (1) Salmankhan Raiskhan Pathan and (2) Heena Kishor Salman Pathan for a valuable consideration. The earlier sale deed of the property is registered in the office of the Sub-Registrar, Bardoli in Book No. 1, Serial No. 4380 on 05/10/2019. The original registered sale deed and the original registration receipt are lost/missing. Therefore, if anyone is in possession of the original registered sale deed and the original registration receipt or if any bank, financial institution or any person has any right, interest, connection, share, claim, lien, encumbrance or charge in the property, then they should inform us in writing with documentary evidence within 4 days of the publication of this notice. If no such objection or representation with evidence is received within the prescribed period, it shall be assumed that no one has any right, interest, connection, encumbrance or charge etc. in the said property and if any, it is deemed to be abandoned and the original registered sale deed and the original registration receipt mentioned above are actually lost/missing. In such a case, a No Objection Certificate (NOC) will be issued and thereafter, no objection will be entertained. All concerned should take note of this.
