Public Notice for Jay Ambe Complex

This is to inform the public that the registration documents of the property situated in City Survey No. 115/15/91, which is Revenue Survey No. 1676/1677/1678/1684/1, measuring 3535.90 sq. m. in the village of Bavla, Taluka Bavla, District Ahmedabad, falling under the scheme known as 'Jay Ambe Complex' and the shop No. 59 situated on the ground floor with 17.28 sq. m. construction area and owned by Patel Jigarbhai Vishnubhai, have been lost or misplaced and despite diligent search, they could not be found. This is to inform that our client has sought title clearance for the said property and any person, institution, company, firm, bank, shroff etc. having any kind of interest, right, share, claim or encumbrance on the said property should inform us in writing along with documentary evidence within 14 days of the publication of this notice at the address of R.A.D.P. below. If they fail to do so, it shall be presumed that they have no right, interest, share or claim on the said property. We shall then issue a title clearance certificate and a no-objection certificate for the said property. No further objections shall be entertained thereafter. Dated: 13/03/2025.
