Public Notice This is to inform the public that Vashram Bhai Bhoyabhai alias Bhopalbhai Dhoraliya has applied for a Title Clear Certificate in respect of the agricultural land situated at block / survey number 480 of Khatha number 1300 of the village Bavliyari in the taluka of Dholera in the district of Ahmedabad, which is measured 12-96-01 Ha.A.Ch.Mi., shape 15.06. The land is in his name as per revenue records and is free from any encumbrances and legal disputes. Therefore, this public notice is hereby issued to all concerned persons. If any person or financial institution has any kind of share, interest, right, claim, burden, encumbrance, mortgage right, interest, or any right regarding food and clothing in the said property, then they are requested to inform the undersigned at the address mentioned below by registered post along with certified copies of the relevant documentary evidence within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice. In case of failure to do so, it will be considered that no person or financial institution has any share, interest or right in the said property and that all such rights have been waived in favor of the owners of the said property.
