Public Notice This is to inform the general public that Kalu Bhai Ramjibhai Koli Patel has applied for a Title Clear Certificate for old agricultural land of 6-20-18 H.A.Ch.Mi, shape 17.25, situated in Block/Survey No. 474 of Khato No. 1299, in the village Bavliyari, of Taluka Dholera, District Ahmedabad. This land is free from any encumbrances and legal disputes as per revenue records and is in the name of Kalu Bhai Ramjibhai Koli Patel. Therefore, this public notice is given to all concerned persons that if any person or financial institution has any kind of right, share, interest, claim, encumbrance, or right of lien, or any other right related to the said property, then they should submit a certified copy of the necessary documents within 7 (seven) days of the publication of this notice to the address given below by registered post. If they fail to do so, it will be assumed that no person or financial institution has any kind of right, share or interest in the said property, and if they do, then all such rights will be deemed to have been waived in favour of the owners of the said property.
