Public Notice This is to inform the public that Plot Number-1303, Block/Survey Number-850, 7-59-80 Hectare, Area-2.44 and Plot Number-1304, Block/Survey Number-953, 3-07-56 Hectare, Area-4.19 of old agricultural land in the village Bavliyari of Dholera taluka in the district Ahmedabad, are owned by Rohit Pethabhai as per Revenue records and are free from any encumbrances or legal disputes. A request has been made for a title clear certificate for the said property. Therefore, this public notice is hereby given to all concerned that if any person or financial institution has any claim, share, interest, relationship, right, encumbrance, lien, mortgage, or any other claim related to the said property, they must submit a certified copy of their supporting documents to the address mentioned below within seven days from the publication of this notice. If they fail to do so, it will be assumed that no person or financial institution has any claim or interest in the said property, and if they do, they have waived all such rights in favor of the owners of the said property.
