Public Notice This is to inform the general public that the land measuring approximately 9066 square meters, situated in the revenue survey number 124 (old block/survey no 1734/B) in the revenue survey of village Bavlu, taluka Kadi, district Mehsana, which was previously used for agricultural purposes, has been sold by Popatji Babaji Thakor, Sakaraji Babaji Thakor, Mangaji Babaji Thakor and Babuji Babaji Thakor to Renukaben Pankaj bhai Patel, resident of 13/B, Thaltej village, Ahmedabad, through a sale deed registered on 07/10/2021 under serial number 13298. Renukaben Pankaj bhai Patel has claimed that this land is now under her complete ownership, possession, and enjoyment, and is free from any encumbrances. She has applied to us for a title clearance certificate for this land. Therefore, any person who has any rights, claims or objections over the said land by virtue of sale, mortgage, lien, charge, trust, maintenance, easement, inheritance, or any other means, should submit a written notice along with documentary evidence (objections without evidence will not be considered) to the address below within seven days of the publication of this notice. Failure to do so will result in the issuance of a title clearance certificate for the said land without considering any such rights, claims or objections.
