PUBLIC NOTICE It is hereby informed to all concerned by this public notice that the existing owners of the land property described in the schedule below, 1. Shri. Sadashiv Balaso Ghare and others, and 2. Shri. Mahesh Madhukar Ghare, both residing at M.P. Bebadohol, Tal. Maval, Dist. Pune 411056, have assured our client that the land property mentioned in the schedule below is clear, free from encumbrances, and free from disputes, and that it is their ancestral property and in their possession. They have given assurance and guarantee to the existing owners regarding the marketable title for selling the said property.
