PUBLIC NOTICE It is hereby informed to all concerned by this public notice that the existing owners of the land property described in the schedule below, 1. Shri. Sadashiv Balaso Ghare and others, and 2. Shri. Mahesh Madhukar Ghare, both residing at M.P. Bebadohol, Tal. Maval, Dist. Pune 411056, have assured our client that the land property mentioned in the schedule below is clear, free from encumbrances, and free from disputes, and that it is their ancestral property and in their possession. They have given assurance and guarantee to the existing owners regarding the marketable title for selling the said property. Therefore, if anyone has any ancestral share, share obtained through partition, or any other rights, interests, claims such as mortgage, gift, lease, agreement to sell, court attachment, alimony, etc., in the said land property, they should inform us in writing with proper documents at the address below within seven days from the date of publication of this notice and satisfy us. If no objection is received within the stipulated period, it will be assumed that the said property is completely clear and free from encumbrances, or if anyone has any rights or interests in the said property, it will be assumed that they have voluntarily relinquished them, and our client will complete the sale-purchase transaction of the said land property with the owners mentioned in the schedule below. Thereafter, no objection of any kind will be entertained, and the concerned parties should take note of this. Schedule of Property: Part Pune, sub-part Taluka Maval, within the jurisdiction of the Sub-Registrar Maval, Pune, as well as Zilla Parishad, Pune, Panchayat Samiti, Taluka Maval, and Gram Panchayat Bebadohol, village Mauje Bebadohol, Gat No. 59, total area 01 Hectare 44 R, wasteland 00 Hectare 02 R, total area 01 Hectare 46 R, with an assessment of 01 Rupee 65 Paise. Out of this property, the share of the above existing owner No. 1 is 00 Hectare 20 R, and the share of the above existing owner No. 2 is 00 Hectare 20 R, making a total area of 00 Hectare 40 R. Its boundaries are as follows: East: Property of Shri. Pramod Balaso Ghare. South: Forest area. West: Property of Tata Motors. North: Property of Tata Motors. Thus, this public notice is given.
