Public Notice This is to inform the public that our client 'Shri Prabhuji Developers', a partnership firm, has purchased the total 1517 sq. m. of non-agricultural land of multi-purpose purpose from the owners and occupiers Gordhanbhai Kalidas Patel, etc. of final plot no. 94, which is included in draft T.P. Scheme No. 406(Bhadraj) of total 2529 sq. m. land in block No. 178 in the village of Bhadraj, taluka Ghatlodiya, sub-district Ahmedabad-8(Sola), district Ahmedabad, by the document No. 10255 dated 05/06/2024. Based on this, the said land is completely independent, ownership, possession, enjoyment, free from encumbrances of the said partnership firm. The partner of the partnership firm has requested us for a certificate that the titles of the said land are clear and marketable. Therefore, if any person has any kind of claim, right, interest, share, claim or encumbrance on the said land, they should inform us in writing within 7 days of the publication of this notice along with necessary evidence at the address mentioned below. If they fail to do so, then we will assume that no person has any kind of claim, right, interest, share, claim or encumbrance on the said land and we will issue a title clearance certificate for the said land.
